Welcome to TrendyCrest, a family-centered online marketplace that provides advertising space, promotional tools, and vendor pages for micro-businesses, creators, and entrepreneurs.
By accessing or using TrendyCrest.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
TrendyCrest reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Definitions
“Vendor” – Any individual or business who purchases or uses a TrendyCrest membership to advertise products or services.
“Member” – Any Vendor or user with an active membership subscription.
“User” – Any person browsing or interacting with the Site.
“Ad Space” – Advertising placement options provided by TrendyCrest under different membership tiers.
“Owner”, “We”, “Our”, “Us” – TC-Life LLC and TrendyCrest.

Eligibility
To use TrendyCrest as a Vendor, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide truthful information
Operate a lawful business
Agree to all membership and advertising guidelines
Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including tax obligations
TrendyCrest reserves the right to deny or terminate memberships that violate these requirements.

Memberships, Billing & Payments
4.1 Membership Tiers
TrendyCrest offers multiple membership tiers (e.g., Small Ad Space, Medium Ad Space, Large Ad Space).
Each tier includes different levels of visibility, promotion, and page features.
4.2 Subscription Payments
Membership fees are billed monthly or annually.
All payments are processed securely through TrendyCrest-approved payment processors.
Vendors authorize TrendyCrest to charge recurring payments until membership is canceled.
4.3 Refund Policy
All membership fees, advertising fees, and promotional fees are non-refundable, including partial months.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
Vendor listings or ad space may be paused until payment is resolved.
TrendyCrest may attempt to recharge the payment method on file.

Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
Provide accurate and complete business information
Upload only legal, original, and non-infringing content
Accurately describe products/services
Fulfill all orders from their customers
Handle all customer service, shipping, tax collection, and disputes
Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers
Keep their TrendyCrest page up to date
TrendyCrest does NOT handle:
Shipping or fulfillment
Payment processing between vendors and their customers
Tax collection for vendor businesses
Customer disputes related to vendor products/services

Prohibited Activities
Users and Vendors MAY NOT:
Sell illegal or harmful products
Mislead customers
Upload stolen images or copyrighted content
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
Post pornographic, violent, or hateful content
Use TrendyCrest to scam, defraud, or misrepresent
Circumvent membership fees or payment processes
Interfere with the website’s functionality or security
Violations may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

Advertising & Content Ownership
7.1 Vendor Content
Vendors retain ownership of the content they upload.
However, by posting on TrendyCrest, Vendors give TrendyCrest a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Display the content
Promote the vendor’s page
Use visuals for marketing TrendyCrest
7.2 TrendyCrest Content
All website designs, logos, branding, materials, and system features remain the exclusive property of TrendyCrest and may not be copied or redistributed.

Marketplace Limitations
TrendyCrest is not a retail store.
We provide advertising and visibility, not a transaction platform.
Therefore, TrendyCrest is not liable for:
Vendor mistakes or inaccuracies
Product quality or safety
Shipping delays or losses
Refunds or returns
Miscommunications between vendors and customers
Any disputes must be resolved directly between the Vendor and their customer.

Privacy & Data
TrendyCrest collects user and vendor information only for operational purposes.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without permission, except where legally required.
Users must also comply with applicable privacy laws when collecting customer data.

Termination of Membership
TrendyCrest may suspend or terminate a membership at any time for:
Policy violations
Non-payment
Fraud or suspicious activity
Offensive or abusive behavior
Illegal business activity
Vendors may cancel their membership at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

Liability & Disclaimer
TrendyCrest is provided “as-is.”
We do not guarantee:
Sales
Traffic
Customer engagement
Continuous uptime
Perfect performance
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendyCrest is not liable for losses including:
Missed sales
Business interruption
Reputational damage
Financial loss
Data breaches beyond our control
Third-party actions
Users agree to use the Site at their own risk.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any disputes must be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
